I hope you are all doing well. I am back with a review of another toner from Good Vibes. It is Good Vibes Honey Glow toner.
A toner is a water-based liquid that completes a three-step skincare routine: Cleansing, Toning, and Moisturizing. The use of toner is your skincare routine is essential and should not be ignored. Toners minimize and shrink pores that trap dirt, oil, and grime which leads to whiteheads, blackheads, and breakouts

This toner helps in enhancing the skin complexion and evens out skin tone. Good Vibes Honey toner sloughs off excess oil present on the skin and prevents sebum production.

Good Vibes is an Indian brand and a brand that offers to take care of your skin at an affordable price rate. Their products are formulated from organic ingredients which have zero side effects. The brand claims to make products that are cruelty-free and has no parabens and sulphates.
Ingredients:
Purified water, Cucumis Sativus Extract, Glycyrrhiza Glabra Extract, Honey extract, Pomegranate extract, Rosa centifolia water, Morus alba leaf extract, Hamamelis Virginiana Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Polysorbate-20, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Perfume, Colour.
"Good Vibes Honey toner" has honey extract in the 4th place in the ingredient list, that is pretty good. All ingredients in this toner are decent except fragrance. The fact that fragrance is strong in this toner is a bit bothering.
Active ingredients:
Honey: The antibacterial properties of Honey inhibit the growth of acne-causing bacteria which makes the skin visibly clear and prevents breakouts. The anti-inflammatory properties of honey soothe and calm skin, reduces redness, and prevent skin irritation. The skin brightening properties of Honey enhance skin complexion and add a natural glow.

Honey is a natural moisturizer that enhances the skin's beauty by supplying it with sufficient nourishment. Good Vibes Honey toner is a lightweight, alcohol-free hydrating face toner. It effectively balances the skin's pH levels, minimizes the appearance of visible pores and instantly refreshes skin.
Directions to use:
After cleansing the face, take some amount of this toner on a cotton pad and dab it gently on the face and neck. Or spritz directly on the face (avoiding eyes) and dab gently with fingers.
Use twice daily for best results.
Claims:
- Helps in skin brightening.
- Makes skin soft and supple.
- Sloughs off excess oil.
- Controls sebum production.
- Prevent acne and breakouts.
Caution:
- For external use only.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- avoid contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water in case that happens.
- Natural ingredients may be irritating to some people. Always do a patch test before use.
My experience with the product:
Packaging: Good Vibes toners come in a translucent dark brown colored plastic bottle with spray nozzle packaging. It has a transparent cap to it.
Texture and color: Good Vibes Honey glow toner has a very light and water-like consistency. This toner is transparent, it has no color. Due to its water-like consistency, this toner gets absorbed into the skin really well.
Fragrance: The fragrance is very strong. This toner has a perfume-like scent. I am not sure what exactly it smells like. This toner isn't for someone who is sensitive to fragrances. Actually, the fragrance isn't good for anyone in general. A little bit of fragrance is fine for me, but this toner has a very strong fragrance.
How long did I use this? I used it for about 4-5 months (that's how long it lasts). I used it twice a day, i.e., in the morning and night skincare routine.
How I use it? After cleansing my face with The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Foaming Cleanser and towel drying my face, I used this toner. I used to directly spritz it on my face (avoiding eye area) and dab it on the skin gently. In the morning skincare routine, after using toner, I continued with serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen. And in the night skincare routine, I followed the same routine but without sunscreen.
Effects on my skin: I didnt find any improvements in my skin. This toner made my skin feel refreshed every time I used it. But, It doesn't do everything that it claims. It doesn't brighten skin tone for sure. Can't expect much from this toner. It pretty much does the job of a toner, but there are many better toners available with many more benefits.
Conclusion:
- It is a-okay kind of product for its price range.
- It has a light, water-like consistency. Get absorbed into the skin easily and preps the skin for further skincare routine.
- Gives skin a refreshing feeling with every use.
- Has a very strong fragrance, be aware if you are sensitive to fragrances.
- In my opinion, it dries out the skin. Dry skin people, stay away from this toner.
Will I repurchase it? No, I would like to try other toners. Also, I prefer Plum Green Tea Toner or Good Vibes Rosehip toner over this one.
Do I recommend it? Not really. A big no for people with dry skin types.
