I am here with the review of Good Vibes lip balms. In this post, I am reviewing two products (Lemon and Kokum) lip balms.
Lip balms are meant to nourish, hydrate, and moisturize dry and chapped lips. Nowadays there are so many lip balms available in the market. I got Good Vibes lip balms because of the claims they had on the website. Keep on reading to know if they are as good as they claim.
* I got these lip balms last year. When I purchased these lip balms, there were so many varieties (flavors) available. But currently, looks like Good Vibes has discontinued these lip balms. There are new ones available on purplle.com.

Good Vibes is an Indian brand and a brand that offers to take care of your skin at an affordable price rate. Their products are formulated from organic ingredients which have zero side effects. The brand claims to make products that are cruelty-free and has no parabens and sulphates.

Beeswax, Sunflower oil, Cocoa butter, Vitamin E, Lemon Essential oil.
"I don't have an outer cardboard box of kokum lip balm. So I can't mention its ingredient list. But it might be similar to lemon lip balm."

- Avoid contact with eyes. (I don't know why and how could lip balm get into contact with eyes)

My experience with the product:
*There is not much difference between different flavors of lip balms. Whatever I mention below implies for both Kokum and Lemon lip balm.
Packaging: Good vibes lip balms comes in a transparent container with a golden color screw cap. The cap has a sticker with a picture of the main ingredient that makes the flavor of lip balm. This lip balm has outer cardboard packaging that mentions only a few things. The packaging looks cute. Very compact and travel friendly.
The new lip balms come in stick form, which is more convenient to use.
Texture and color: Good Vibes lip balm (Lemon and kokum) are white in color. The texture of these lip balms is thick and sticky. Not the best kind of texture a lip balm should have.
Fragrance: Lemon lip balm has a fragrance like lemon-flavored chocolates. The Kokum lip balm has a weird scent, I don't like it at all. However, the fragrance is not very strong.
How long did I use this? I used these lip balms as long as they lasted. These lip balms last for about 3-4 months. I used these just because I wanted to finish them off.
How do I use it? I apply this lip balm whenever my lips feel dry. I used to apply a thick layer of lip balm on my lips at night. However, I would end up wiping it off my lips because it's very irritating to have a thick layer of this lip balm.
Effects on my lips: I had very high expectations with these lip balms because of the claims they had. But, these lip balms don't really do what they claim. These lip balms don't provide enough moisturization and hydration. Even if they do, it won't last long. Have to reapply these lip balms frequently. My lips would get dry within an hour of application of lip balm. These lip balms leave white residue (white sticky layer) on my lips. That is not at all a pleasant feeling from lip balms. Good Vibes Lip balms are very disappointing.
Conclusion:
- Doesn't moisturize lips for longer.
- Doesn't contain SPF.
- Have to reapply after 1 hour or so.
- Leaves white residue after some time.
- Feels heavy on the lips but not moisturizing enough.
- Not the best lip balm.
- Doesn't do anything to very dry and chapped lips.
- This lip balm won't help in winters.
- Not worth the price.
- Can get a better lip balm with this price range.
Will I repurchase it? Definitely not.
Do I recommend it? No. There are many better lip balms available in this price range or even cheaper than Good Vibes lip balms.
